Partnered with a copywriter during the J. Walter Thompson years on this project and we came up with these narratives that are youthful, sort of random, colorful and fun. The idea was that these would be read by the customer while getting a haircut, so pretty much a captive audience. We were charged with coming up with an in-store poster series that would further extend the brand personality being developed through tv and radio spots, as well as a healthy amount of print advertising. We nailed this one, our creative director loved it, the client bought it, and we had a good time developing and designing it.
