Conference committees are always looking for new ways to entice ministers to promote our conferences to their center members and frequent goers... I offered to see if I could come up with something. They also asked to design the conference program.

First I came up with the idea of a self-contained piece that would work much like a sales kit. Here's how it works: the finished kit folds down to 6" x 9" so it's easy to mail, it has three equal sized panels that unfold to 18" x 9" with a vertical pocket on the last panel that holds 5 to 10 5.5" x 8.5" postcards that we ask the ministers to give to those members of their communities they want to attend the conference or they think are most likely to want to attend the conference.
